Our founders bring together a team of professional real estate investors, brokers, and market development executives, highlighting extensive expertise in both short and long-term investment properties across the midwest, southeast, and southwest areas.

is a former mechanical engineer, and a principle investor in the company. Rada is a licensed broker associate in Florida and Ohio with more than 20 years of real estate expertise.

Rada is deeply committed to contributing to her community and assisting individuals in overcoming difficult circumstances. This commitment forms the foundation of her success as she builds meaningful connections with clients striving towards shared objectives.

Joseph M. Carfora, Chief Marketing Officer

is a former 20-year medical device industry veteran in eardiac electrophysiology, a professional real estate investor and a real estate marketing executive. While holding a Florida real estate sales associate license, Joseph is also the founder of Alert5Media and a photography enthusiast while actively collaborating with Rada in charitable efforts to support those in need.
