Par One is an active 55+ community with access to daily activities. This community is a hidden gem in Naples just north of I-75 off Collier Blvd and surrounded by a golf course. It’s a well-maintained community with a wonderful location near exit 105.
This is a wonderful first floor golf course view condo with a walk-through floor plan. As one enters the condo, the kitchen is on the left with the guest bedroom and bathroom on the right side.
Continue into the living room and you’ll see a 55” smart TV, dining area, ample seating and a sofa with a couple of chairs, and a picturesque view toward the back of the condo. The lanai off the back provides peace and tranquility, and there is a closet that houses the washer and dryer.

Departure Cleaning, HOA Approval fee plus 12% Florida Transient Lodging will be added to the base rate on rentals <180 days.
All lease applications and lease agreements must be approved by HOA prior to occupancy.
